SCOTT HORNGREN - STAFF ATTORNEY & ADJUNCT PROFESSOR
Mr. Horngren is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Northwest School of Law, has a degree in Forest Management from Oregon State University, and is a California registered professional forester. He practiced for twenty years with the law firm of Haglund, Kelley, Horngren, Jones & Wilder LLP.
Before joining WRLC, he was an attorney for the American Forest Resource Council. His clients included private forestland owners, ranchers, and local governments. His practice emphasis is public lands law litigation and natural resource law including the Endangered Species Act. He has over 25 years of litigation experience in U.S. District Courts and Courts of Appeals. He is an adjunct professor at Lewis & Clark Law school, and teaches practical litigation skills to WRLC students.
